Ikirere Weather Station Monitoring

Project Overview

The Ikirere Weather Station Monitoring project represents a significant breakthrough in agricultural technology and environmental monitoring. Developed for the ATS Concept, a Rwandan-based agricultural technology company, working closely with the Rwanda Meteorology Agency. this comprehensive solution addresses the critical need for accurate, real-time weather data to support agriculturalers with their decision-making processes. The project emerged from the challenge of providing reliable weather monitoring across remote agricultural locations. Our team designed and implemented a robust solution that not only collects data reliably but also provides actionable insights through an intuitive dashboard. The system features advanced weather stations networks capable of measuring temperature, humidity, rainfall, wind speed, soil moisture, and atmospheric pressure. Each weather station operates independently while contributing to a centralized data collection system that provides both near real-time monitoring and historical analysis capabilities.
