We provide IT consulting, web development, mobile application development, cloud solutions, and related digital services. Additionally, through our bukeasy platform, we facilitate the purchase and management of bus tickets.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution or ticket booking
- Respond to requests for information within reasonable timeframes
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Respect intellectual property rights
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive appropriate licenses to use deliverables. We retain rights to methodologies, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property used in service delivery.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.
5. No Return Policy for Bukeasy Tickets
All bus tickets purchased via bukeasy are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, the Client is not entitled to return, cancel, or request a refund for the ticket. In the event that the bus operator cancels a scheduled trip, the Client is entitled to reschedule the booking for an alternative trip operated by the same provider, subject to seat availability. If the fare for the new booking is higher than the original fare, the Client will be required to pay the difference. If the new fare is lower, no refund will be provided for the difference. This policy ensures clarity and fairness for both Clients and Operators.
